1. Cleaning gaps between molars: Hold the non-slip handle with your thumb and index finger. Gently place the tip of the brush head at the entrance of the gap to be cleaned and move it in a downward motion.
2. Cleaning gaps between front teeth: Brush slowly, following the natural curve of the teeth. Use the index or middle finger of your other hand to apply gentle, steady pressure to the corresponding position on the handle; this ensures the brush head stays in close contact with the teeth on both sides of the gap, effectively removing debris from hard-to-reach corners.
Cleaning orthodontic brackets: Gently insert the brush beneath the archwire, ensuring the bristles make close contact with the bracket wings and the gumline. Then, holding the non-slip handle firmly with your thumb and index finger, gently scrub up and down 2–3 times.
After use, dispose of the brush if it is a disposable model.
If it is a reusable model, immediately rinse the brush head under running water. Gently rub the bristles with your fingers to thoroughly remove any plaque or food particles trapped between them.
Finally, give the brush head a few gentle shakes to remove excess water, then allow it to air dry before storing.
